At first, I wasn’t totally sure about it, but after the updates it just feels like everything is working the way it should. Nothing complicated to say really — my gut reaction is that it’s running fine now, and I haven’t had any issues since.

Feels instant. No delay at all

I ordered from benq the whole process was smoother than I expected. I got the tracking email quickly after placing the order, which made me feel like things were moving along right away. The package showed up in great shape with no dents or anything concerning, and the delivery driver actually left it where I requested, which I really appreciated. To me, it felt like a simple, no-hassle experience, nothing over the top, just fast shipping and good packaging. I’d definitely order from them again.

I was kind of stunned by how accurate the colors look. It’s one of those little things that makes a huge difference, and the moment I saw it, I was like, wow, this is exactly how it should be.

The adjustability just doesn’t quite work for my desk, so I ended up putting it on a book to get it to a comfortable height. Overall it works fine, but the ergonomics are more okay than great...

Ive been using it for a bit and its portable overall. It doesnt feel like a hassle to carry, and I can move it around without really thinking about it. Not much to complain about if you need something thats easy to bring with you.

Just a quick warning for anyone expecting a flimsy plastic product: this isn’t that. It feels really sturdy in hand and doesn’t have that cheap, hollow plastic feel at all. i was a little surprised by how solid it is.

I had a problem with my BenQ monitor. Support got back to me fast. I only had to explain it once. They knew what to check right away. The reply was simple, but clear. They also followed up after. The issue got fixed without much hassle. I’m happy with the support.

The controls are simple, and the menu actually makes sense, which is nice. I was able to change the settings really fast without having to dig through a bunch of random options or... yeah, it just felt easy to use

The resolution looks really crisp, and the text is super clear, which I definitely appreciate. Reading and browsing on it feels easy on the eyes. That said, I’m still kind of on the fence overall, but the display quality itself is definitely a strong point

I’m really happy with my benq monitor overall. I use HDMI for my laptop and USB-C for my work setup, and switching between them has been easy. It’s nice not having to mess around with adapters all the time. Setup was quick too, which I appreciated. I did feel a little ignored trying to figure out which setup would work best for me, but once I got it going, the monitor itself has been great. 5 stars from me.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much, but the fan does get noticeably loud after a while. It also seems to warm up quickly if it’s been running for some time. I’ve been using it for a bit and the screen looks evenly lit across pretty much the whole thing. I don’t notice any weird bright spots or patchy areas, at least not in the 90% of normal use where I’d actually care. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I bought this from benq mostly because I already figured benq would have solid picture quality, that’s pretty much what I got. After playing around with the settings, the colors look really nice and movies and games are clear enough for me. Out of the box, though, it was way too bright and didn’t look very natural, which kind of confirmed my usual feeling that most displays need tweaking before they look right. The black levels could definitely be better, especially in darker scenes, and for the price I was hoping for a little more. Still, once I got it dialed in, I’m mostly happy with it...
